Looking for a fun aMnd invigorating, butt kicking fitness WITH your baby? Mommy Bootcamp is Oakville's only fitness boot camp designed specifically for postpartum and/or breastfeeding moms. This isn’t a pint sized workout though. Grab your baby carrier and your weights and join us in the gym!

The holidays are just around the corner and we are planning an exciting Holiday Event. Please mark WEDNESDAY, December 19th, 5:30PM - 8:00PM on your calendar for our CHRISTMAS PARTY. Come join us for some Pizza, Snacks, and Refreshments. We are planning a Grand Sports Extravaganza! Kids will play on the Hockey, Basketball, Soccer and Baseball Kiosks for PRIZES. We’ll also have two Hockey games in the gym; one for ages 7-10 years, and one for ages 4 to 6 years. There will be a Basketball Free-throw competition for kids of all ages! Let us know when you arrive if your child wants to participate in the Hockey game and/or Basketball Free-Throw competition. The winning Hockey team will receive a special KidSportsPlex award and a complimentary One Hour Drop-in Pass for each player. All participants in hockey and basketball receive prizes for playing. If you would like to be part of our Kris Kringle, please let us know when you arrive. You will wrap and bring in a small gift for not more than $5.00. SANTA will be here to hand them out to the kids! All kids will receive a small gift from Santa before they leave!

Please RSVP for this event by Friday, December 14th. Tickets will be on sale at the door. Admission is $10.00/child, and $5.00/adult (adult admission includes one ticket for the raffle). Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $2.00 per ticket, or 3 for $5.00. Admission includes pizza, snacks and refreshments. Bring your kids to KidSportsPlex during the School Break to have some Holiday Fun with us! There will be tons of fun Sports Games, and Holiday themed activities and prizes to keep the kids engaged and active.
LAST MINUTE SHOPPING can be a Nightmare but needs to get done at times! To accommodate parents who need care for their kids while they shop, we will be extending our opening hours to 8:00 PM the week of December 17th, Monday - Friday. Drop-off is $15 plus HST for up to 3 hours. Please call, email or drop-in to pre-register if possible.

The key curriculum components include literacy, numeracy and the development of learning skills required for future academic success. Sensory experiences engage the children in learning and allow them to fully explore and understand concepts of language, mathematics, science and social studies. French instruction, art exploration and music are also parts of the core curriculum.
