Getting active is easy! A qualified instructor will come to your child's school or public venue to run a 30 minute class once a week. Lessons include a warm up to music, stretch and tone and working with our specialized equipment. Monkeynastix is a fun and challenging program for children ages 1-8, focusing on their physical, cognitive and social development. Not at your child's daycare centre?
