MONDAY:
Reusing Cardboard
Chevron On a Cardboard
The children make this special piece of art using this very ancient geometrical figure (inverted V or zig-zag) in a piece of cardboard with acrylic paint.
TUESDAY:
Reusing Styrofoam Trays
The children will use Styrofoam trays to make different printings.
WEDNESDAY:
Reusing Plastic Bottles
The children bring their empty plastic water bottles to make a Self-Watering Pots to plant some seeds.
Also they are going to make plastic bottle beads to make a very colorful bracelet.
THURSDAY:
Reusing Ceral Boxes
The children will bring their own empty cereal box to make very useful and beautiful Garden Stepping Stones.
FRIDAY:
Reusing Pieces of Wood and Fabric
The children will make their own stamps using different materials on a piece of wood having their unique patterns on kitchen towels.

2) MANGA Summer Camp!

Monday
How to draw Manga/Cartoon human body and its movements. Basic human positions and how does it move without losing its proportion. Actions.
Tuesday
How to draw faces and expressions. Proportion in the face, types of eyes, mouths and noses. Different situations that can cause expressions, movements and deformation in the face. Different emotions.
Wednesday
Composition. Scene poster with situation, action and theme. Types of compositions: presentation of a character, situation or theme and tentative or teaser trailer.
Thursday
Comic strip! Let’s draw some scenes and comic vignettes! Different perspectives in the composition of a scene. How to make it attractive, original, and balanced.
Friday
Finishing the comic and reading other’s comics.
Fee $15 per day (you can choose your days) or $70 the whole week
