The Oakville School of
Music & Performing Arts is an independent music school that
focuses on providing high quality music education to students ages
4+.
The OSMPA is now accepting fall registration and students can choose between private or group classes.
Featured today is OSMPA's Group Piano Class (Ages 4-6). The class is offered at the following times beginning September 2013:
Monday's 4:30pm-5:30pm OR
Wednesday's 4:30pm-5:30pm
Our group piano classes are especially designed for children ages 4 to 6 and give students the opportunity to explore music in a fun and educational environment. Each student will have his/her own keyboard to work on. This class is designed for children who are completely new to the piano, as well for children who are within their first year of piano studies. This class is inspired by the Casa Montessori method of education, and students will have both individual and group projects.
In addition to the piano, students will also take part in:
Rhythm and movement activities, singing, music listening, introduction to composers, and music theory. There are a limited number of spots, due to the nature of the class. Please book your spot early to ensure a spot!
