in person. Moms ask: “How can I be both athlete and mommy at the same time? “ Moms, exercise and train WITH your baby!
Here’s how we do it at Mommy Bootcamp:
Mommy
Bootcamp brings moms
together for fun and camaraderie! This is important because it’s the people you
work out with that keep you on track to achieving your goals.
Mommy
Bootcamp challenges the
beginner who hasn’t ever exercised, challenges the new mom who stopped when she
became pregnant, and the mom who did a marathon at 6 months pregnant. Your
trainer is there to set you in motion to train to your ability and a wee bit
beyond. Every workout.
Mommy
Bootcamp engages your
baby! Your baby is your weight resistance in the park and the one you kiss when
doing your pushups and planks. And at the end of your workout, your baby is the
one we cheer on during baby songs and activities.
Mommy
Bootcamp is about sharing
stories and asking questions about motherhood. Your trainers are moms themselves
who have been through what you’re going through or are going through it with
you!
