Clean and Lean with Lisa

My name is Lisa Pisano and I am a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and nutrition and wellness specialist. I offer in-home private one-on-one training sessions and/or yoga sessions combined with clean eating meal plans fit to suit your needs and desired goals. I also teach group yoga classes in 2 different locations in Oakville and am available to teach it in your home if you have the space and enough willing participants.
