What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual form of therapy that treats the entire individual. Osteopathy restores normal structure and movement of the body, and facilitates the body to return to a state of health. Osteopathy searches for the root of the problems, rather than simply treating symptoms. The focus of Osteopathy is to find the cause of the pathology or pain, and to treat all the systems and theirs connections in the body.
Osteopathic practitioners use palpation and manipulative techniques to restore balance to muscles, joints, nerves, connective tissue, and internal organs.
