With your child's admittance to Busy Bodies, you get a chance to relax and meet moms from our community, shop from our local entrepreneurs and let the kids have fun at Busy Bodies.

Oakville Moms has made a special call to the North Pole and Santa Claus will be making a special appearance at our event. Let your children know that Santa's Elf will be providing face painting & making reindeer and candy cane balloons.

Tree Lighting Ceremony
November 18 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Downtown Oakville Tree Lighting Ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. located in the Town Square to kick off the Christmas season! Enjoy incredible entertainment, caroling, Santa, treats, and of course the lighting of the beautiful tree. Downtown Tree Lighting Ceremony is located in Oakville’s Town Square and will begin at 6 p.m.

Streets affected will include Lakeshore Road, Kerr Street, Stewart Street, Felan Avenue, Rebecca Street and Robinson Street. Detailed parade related road closures are as as follows: From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Lakeshore Road from Allan Street to Kerr Street
Kerr Street from Lakeshore Road to Stewart Street
Stewart Street from Kerr Street to Maurice Drive
Felan Avenue from Stewart Street to Rebecca Street
Rebecca Street from Dorval Drive to Forsythe Street
Robinson Street from Navy Street to Allan Street
Additional road closures on adjacent streets will also take place. The co-operation of all motorists is requested.
