AFTER-SCHOOL & WEEKEND PROGRAMS
We offer after-school and weekend classes in LEGO, Robotics, Stop Motion Animation, Minecraft, Coding & Programming, and Media Studies (websites, YouTube, video & photo editing).
Kids can register for our Winter, Spring, and Fall Sessions - there is new curriculum each session, so they are always learning new skills. This gives KNB kids a chance to progress in their education, in subjects that they may not have access to in their regular school program. Their progress is individually supported and monitored, with sessional report cards, and ongoing consultation with parents.
Our curriculum has been custom-designed by teachers and experts in the tech industry, and is based on the Ontario Curriculum and current technology standards. We are committed to teaching our students cutting-edge, transferable skills that will give them an advantage in school and in life.
WHEN SCHOOL IS OUT, CAMP IS IN SESSION!
We also offer Winter (January), March Break & Summer Camps - combining learning with fun, traditional camp activities. Our camps offer more than child-care while school is out - they are a unique opportunity for an intensive focus on LEGO, Robotics, and Minecraft! KNB kids’ learning continues over the school break, but they never know it - they are too busy having fun! Half- and full-day camps, with extended care, are available.
TUTORING THAT WORKS!
Parents and kids speak highly of our Tutoring sessions, citing the success kids experience, their engagement in the learning process, and the effectiveness and experience of our teachers. We focus on remedial tutoring, homework support, and enrichment in reading, writing, and math. Once these foundational skills have been mastered, they can be applied to all school subjects. We also offer a Focus & Attention program for kids with ADHD, and solutions for children with Dyslexia.
