STREETdog ARTstudio offers a Fine Art Program tailored to students of all ages who have expressed a special interest in the Visual Arts. The students will enjoy learning a whole range of art making skills including:

​

Academic drawing

Painting

Sculpture

Studio photography

​

The class size is of 10 students max.

​

Each student has their own personal set of brushes/pencils/clay tools, etc. so they don’t have to share their material with anybody else.​
 

​The Studio sterilize the tools.

​

StreetDog Art Studio Summer Camps

 

Art Summer Camp: Participants 7-13 years old, July 7th-11th, 2025. Drop off time: 8:50 am Pick up time: 1:30 pm ​ Day 1, SCULPTURE with clay. The students will work in two or projects A) Create an imaginary animal (Mexican alebrije), B) Create a footwear.    ​Day 2, PAINTING with oil paint on canvas. A Flower bouquet, Baroque style. Day 3, PHOTOGRAPHY. The students will work in two projects: A) learn how to use a SLR pro camera (we have this camera in the Studio) and professional lighting to make self portraits. B) Outdoor creative photography, using a small camera or a smart phone (brought from home) the student will learn to observe nature using natural light. Day 4, DRAWING. The student, through observation of a live object, will learn the basics of drawing with the right proportions and create volume with light and shadow using graphite. Day 5, Color the clay sculptures and wrapping up projects. - Sculpture in clay.
- Oil painting on canvas.
- Fundamentals of drawing with model using graphite.
- Fundamentals of photography, Studio and outdoors.

The Studio has put a number of safety measures in place to increase comfort and to try to make the experience more rewarding and safe for participating students.
The class size will be of 5 attendees maximum so we can practice physical distancing.
