Camp Tournesol offers French summer camps and overnight programs that enhance the French immersion and Francophone programs in Ontario. French DAY CAMPS Preschool: for children age 4 to 6 We offer different programs for 4 to 6 years old to prepare them to enter a french program or to reinforce previously acquired French verbal skills. Supervised by a teacher, our programs help ensure a smooth transition to school, prepare them to enter a French program with confidence and enthusiasm and develop their verbal skills. Vocabulary is reinforced throughout the day with activities such as sports, arts and crafts, nature interpretation, cooperation games and songs. All activities are varied and appropriate to each program/age group. More Info Junior: for children age 7 to 8 The focus of this French Summer Camp program is to promote french conversation outside of an academic environment. These programs are exlusively for children studying in French immersion or francophone schools. The campers are placed in situations where they use their french while doing fun activities. More Info Senior: for children age 9 to 12 We offer different programs for students in this age group: they can register for one or both of our 2 short overnight trips, our out-of-province overnight trip, our french day camps les Intrépides or the Aventuriers. Our popular french day camps for children in FI or francophone school currently will further develop their verbal skills in a fun environment. They will be encouraged to converse and play in French through a variety of fun activities. This program is called Intrépides. We also offer a program for students who will enter an extended French program or students who would like to enrich the learning from the Core French program. Business Feature: Fine School of Music

The Fine School of Music (FSM) operates as a for profit and non-for profit organization, that consists of a group of professional musicians within the industry, that provides music lessons both in-home and in-studio. The instruments that we provide lessons on are piano, guitar, violin and voice. It was incorporated in 2015 and became an affiliation of McMaster University's Innovation Park, with a mission to provide easy accessibility to music education in the highest degree of learning, through supplementing qualified teachers. Thus FSM connects students to teachers within a certain area. We can help supply any necessary music books if needed. At FSM we locate a teacher in the area of the student at which lessons will be conducted at the students home or at the teachers home studio. The lesson durations are half hour, 45 minutes or 1 hour of private instruction. Our teachers will also encourage and provide opportunities for students to perform within the community, and can work towards music examinations through the Royal Conservatory of Music. FSM focuses on it collaborations with not-for-profit organizations in order to spread music empowerment to underprivileged youth or families, providing the opportunity to experience music education towards individual fulfillment. FSM is based out of Hamilton, Ontario and offers services in Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton. FSM takes pride in advertising that all our teachers hold either an undergraduate or masters degree, which is required in order to provide service at the level which we state to deliver. “I am forever grateful that I didn't stay a skeptic!”
I was very skeptical about going to the chiropractor as an adult, even though I'm already a success story. When I was young, wetting the bed was a huge problem for me. My whole family made it a routine to go to the chiropractor and shortly after, my long-term issue completely disappeared. I couldn't believe it.
At the beginning of 2014, I didn't think anything was wrong with me. No serious symptoms or pain. Luckily, I was referred by a loved one and received a full examination from Dr. Matthew. I did fear a couple things - the truth and the cracking. I quickly learned at the Doctor’s Report that there was no need to fear anything; I was where I needed to be.
I found out that my head was forward three and half inches! I also had much more weight on one side of my body. This explained why for years I had been sleeping with my head stretched downwards. Keeping my head and body straight while lying down was extremely uncomfortable. I was excited after my first adjustment because I did not experience the scary cracking, instead it was comfortable and quick. I also had the best sleep I've had in years!
Ever since the beginning of the year, I have noticed a huge difference in my posture, sleep, mood, ability to stand for long periods without being sore or tired, and my energy levels have increased! Fresh Ontario maple syrup begins flowing at Bronte Creek Provincial Park on the first Saturday in March when the park's annual Maple Syrup Festival gets under way.
