Physical literacy comes from developing a wide variety of fundamental movement skills such as hopping, skipping, jumping, throwing, catching, and kicking. The ABCs of movement: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed are essential to your child’s development Monkeynastix Programs Monkeynastix Ages 1 to 6 years: Each class begins with a fun Monkeynastix song, stretching positions and locomotion.
