Andrea Holwegner of Health Stand Nutrition Consulting Inc. certifies their menu, ingredients in their menu and provides proper substitutions in case of personal beliefs or allergies. Their meals are made in-house, fresh daily and from scratch. Their full meal program is included at every age group (an example of a meal plan would be their Fish Sticks. Whole fish are cut into fillets, breaded using eggs, milk and bread crumbs, and then baked in the oven until done. This is served alongside rice, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, fresh fruit and a glass of milk).
This Centre is located at 20 Shepherd Road (just off of Speers Rd and Kerr St), a quick 3 minute drive to the Oakville Go-Train Station. They offer convenient operating hours for commuting parents and are open from 6:45am to 6:00pm. The children make this special piece of art using this very ancient geometrical figure (inverted V or zig-zag) in a piece of cardboard with acrylic paint.
TUESDAY:
Reusing Styrofoam Trays
The children will use Styrofoam trays to make different printings.
WEDNESDAY:
Reusing Plastic Bottles
The children bring their empty plastic water bottles to make a Self-Watering Pots to plant some seeds.
Also they are going to make plastic bottle beads to make a very colorful bracelet.
THURSDAY:
Reusing Ceral Boxes
The children will bring their own empty cereal box to make very useful and beautiful Garden Stepping Stones.
FRIDAY:
Reusing Pieces of Wood and Fabric
The children will make their own stamps using different materials on a piece of wood having their unique patterns on kitchen towels.

The Dance Exchange offers a wide variety of classes for students ages 3 years to adult. Our focus is to give your child a safe, fun introduction and advancement into the world of dance. Our staff is compassionate, creative and always courteous to both you and your child. We offer two large lobby viewing windows and encourage our parents to stay and watch their child's development.
We watch our dancers bloom from rambunctious children to confident teens, engaged in life.


Through dance, they learn time management, balance and focus; skills which trickle into every area of their life and development. In fact, most of our dancers are on the honour roll.
Our greatest achievement doesn’t lie in the trophies awarded to our competitive teams (although we are so proud of them), but in the smiles as our dancers arrive to each class. It lies in seeing our past students bringing their own children to class.


Our method works. We create a “home away from home” in our studio; where older children mentor the younger ones, leading by example. The little ones have role models…ideals, heroes to which they can aspire.


We have fostered a safe environment for kids to grow and express themselves. We teach them that participation in the arts is different from organized sport. While the development of team skills is hugely valuable, performance art has its own set of skills and personal values that cannot be learned anywhere else.


It is a pure expression of joy!
